Flamenco dance is a passionate and expressive art form that originated in Andalusia, southern Spain. It’s characterized by its strong rhythms, intricate footwork, and dramatic movements. Flamenco dancers often use castanets and their skirts to add to the visual and auditory impact of their performances.
Flamenco dance classes cover the following:

Technique
This includes learning proper posture, footwork, arm movements, and hand gestures.

Rhythm
Flamenco has a complex and varied rhythm, so students will learn to clap, count, and move to the beat.

Choreography
Once you've mastered the basics, you'll start learning short flamenco routines.

Improvisation
An important part of flamenco is being able to express yourself through dance, so students will learn to improvise and add their own flair to the moves.
