Acrobatic dance is a fusion of dance and acrobatics. It combines the graceful movements of dance with the strength and agility of acrobatics, resulting in a visually stunning and physically challenging art form.

Here's what you can expect in a Acro dance class:

Warm-up
This prepares the body for the more strenuous activities to come, focusing on flexibility,strength, and coordination.

Technique
This is where dancers learn the proper form for acrobatic skills such as handstands,cartwheels, walkovers, and tumbling passes.

Choreography
Dancers learn how to incorporate acrobatic skills into dance routines, often set to music. This can involve floor work, jumps, and lifts.

Conditioning
To safely perform and progress in acro dance, building strength and stamina is crucial. Conditioning exercises often target the core, legs, and arms.
